CEO & Co-Founder
David Quiroga is the CEO and Co-Founder of Kaizen Jets, where he leads with a balance of vision, professionalism, and genuine care for his clients. With over 13 years of experience in aviation — including more than 7 years dedicated to the private jet charter industry — David has built his career on making private air travel not only more seamless, but also more personal.
Before founding Kaizen Jets, David gained extensive experience working with some of the most recognized names in the industry, where he honed his expertise in charter sales, client relations, and business growth. He also played key roles in supporting several emerging aviation companies, contributing to their success by helping build their client base and refine their operations.
In addition to private jet charter, David also advises clients on aircraft sales and acquisitions, providing trusted guidance for individuals and corporations looking to purchase or sell aircraft. His ability to navigate both the charter and ownership sides of aviation gives his clients comprehensive solutions tailored to their needs.
This blend of corporate and entrepreneurial experience gave David a unique perspective on both the established and start-up sides of the aviation business. It also shaped his reputation for integrity, adaptability, and results — qualities that set the foundation for Kaizen Jets.

As a proud Latin American entrepreneur, Lorena Dominguez, CMO and Co-Founder of Kaizen Jets, brings extensive experience in strategic marketing, business development, and luxury client experience to the world of private aviation.
Lorena holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Communications from Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in the Dominican Republic, along with an e-Commerce Certification from Internacional de Marketing in Barcelona. Her diverse academic background in global marketing and digital strategy has shaped a career defined by innovation, creativity, and measurable results.
She has led marketing efforts across diverse industries, specializing in strategic ad management, content creation, and client acquisition. Known for her forward-thinking mindset, Lorena is constantly exploring new ways to enhance the private jet experience— offering smarter, faster, and more personalized solutions for Kaizen Jets clients.
